What is a National Training Director (NTD)?

The National Training Director (NTD) is the Master Franchisor for a country or region of a large country. He or she will sell the Regional Training Centre franchises (RTC) in each city or region; sell training materials to the RTC; prospect for national account companies; control the quality of the service and sales relationships; operate the national promotion campaign; and, generally direct the growth and development of BEI within the country.
